Our Story

Established in 2002, Knox Brothers Angus and Hereford began with the acquisition of the dilapidated Two Dog Ranch in Tennyson, Texas. After several years of brush management and the building of new pens and fence, the ranch was ready for re-introduction of cattle. Sixty-five head of registered Angus heifers from LP Ranches, and a SS objective bull started the herd. Through the years, cattle were added from some of the most prominent breeders in the industry. In 2014, Herefords were also introduced into the herd and have somehow taken over.

Our extensive AI and ET programs are delivering bull and heifer calves that are second to none. Our goal is to raise range ready bulls that are ready to perform, and heifers with fertility being a priority.
